I have two daughters and we all have kinky curly hair. We were having a hard time finding a product that wasn’t greasy and moisturized the natural curl. This product is excellent. One of my daughter’s hair is so thick and curly, it used to take me two hours to comb through it. Now it only takes 10 minutes and it is soooo easy to manage. I wash our hair and then put the conditioner on it. I comb through it with a wide tooth comb. I don’t wash it out. Then I put the curling custard in it. As soon as I apply the custard, the hair curls right up. I don’t comb it out, I just put them on a head band or put it in a ponytail. I can leave these styles in their hair for a few days. In the morning, I spray everyone with water, rub my hands over it and keep on going. I love combing our hair now, it’s no longer a chore. This product is worth the money.

NaturallyCurly.com Since then I have been combing the internet, trying to learn more about the products. I have been reading a lot of kinky curly reviews. I decided it was time that I wrote my own kinky curly reviews. First, I want to highlight some of my favorite reviews I have read so far or watched on youtube. For this first post, I read a great review on Kinky Curly Curling Custard. This one of my favorite reviews written by kdcreigh from the NaturallyCurly.com website to finally get me over the hump and buy the product.
After 2 years of trial and error with hair products, this is the only product that I always repurchase. It elongates my tiny 4a spirals, and makes my hair very shiny. I use it over a creamy leave-in (I don’t use Knot Today) and get consistently good results. I apply it over soaking wet hair and comb it through. I then shake my head and scrunch to reform the curl clumps. My only ‘holy grail’ product.
